History behind SGAI
Established in 2017, SGAI belongs to BD Singhania Group in the name of Late Shri Bal Kishan Singhania. This journey started 15 decades back from our forefathers who started textile trading business under the firm named Tulsi Ram Jugal Kishore.
Being the 5th Generation in this business & constantly taking inspirations from the past we are regularly diversifying ourselves according to the new market fashion cycle or “ THE FASHION TRENDS”.

Time for A Change
In the year of 2005 we started our own clothing label “BUDDY DAVIS” which we took over from the Bhilwara group. Buddy Davis is consisting both Men’s and Women’s clothing products which we regularly update according to fast moving fashion.
As per new market study, We were unstoppable and launched a new category to bring a fashion essence in the lifestyle of corporates, Which we name as “Buddy Davis Work Wear”.
Just to name a few corporate clients like Samsung, Lenovo, Motorola and still growing.
Keeping no stone unturned we are now diversifying into the most Challenging line of business with our apparel export venture Under “Singhania Global Apparels”.

SGAI boasts of one of the most experienced and well-trained technicians belonging to the fields like apparel engineering, textile technology, electronic data processing, designing and so on. SGAI has the most modern manufacturing plant which deploys over 100 sewing machines for its manufacturing operation of constructed garments. We, at SGAI, always believed that quality should be the top most priority. The incessant efforts to provide consumer satisfaction could only be achieved through enhancing the capabilities of manufacturing high quality products.
Sampling
Department
The sampling facility has 10 sampling operators, headed by pattern and cutting technicians. We also boast of 5 manual embroidery machines and in-house artwork writers and hand beaders. The idea is to develop protos and samples under strong supervision to form a strong base for production. In-house sampling coordinators & techs are experienced and technically sound, to keep up with the ever-evolving fashion trends. The showroom in our facility showcases our entire product range and our specialization to our clients.

Working on assembly line production, there are four machine chains each handled by a qualified line supervisor and specifications checker. In all there are 100 machines along with
the required supplementary machines. We have a well-equipped and clean washing & finishing unit that finishes and packs 500 to 700 units per depending upon style and structure.

A wide array of fabrics is displayed in our stores showcasing all types of latest fabrics for our clients to choose from for their sampling. Also, we have ready stock fabrics available for smaller production runs.
